In your b-sure test kit you will find a sample pot, a green carrier tube, and a form to fill in, and a pre-paid green & white envelope, and a leaflet on Chlamydia.

Please follow these 4 simple steps to complete the test:

1. Fill in the form clearly, with your name, date of birth, date you do the test, and contact details. Please make sure it is completely in full, so the b-sure team can contact you with your result. Also write your Date of birth on the sticker (on form) and place on the urine pot. Detach the card with your EL reference number and keep.
2. Make sure you have not had a pee for at least 2 hours, then pass the first part of your pee into the urine sample pot and fill it at least 3/4 full and screw the lid on tight.
3. Place urine pot in green carrier tube and place lid on firmly.
4. Send form and urine specimen (in tube) to the Laboratory in the green and white plastic envelope provided.

Important: Please return your sample on the same day you Pee in the pot.

Your result will take between 7-10 working days from the date you send in the sample. We can send your results via text, landline, letter or mobile phone. You can indicate your preference on the test form.

Your information will remain confidential and we do not pass on your result to anyone else unless you have agreed.
